Join us as we explore ancient ways of food preservation. Learn some historical and cultural background and then practice making your own! We will have stations set up in the afternoon for starting your own ferments of kimchi, kombucha, sourdough, and salt brined vegetables.
Registration is required so we know how many supplies to plan for!
Cost is $65. Once you have submitted your registration you will receive an invoice from PayPal for payment.
